Welcome to AuraMuse.
These Terms of Use are entered into between you and the developer of AuraMuse regarding your download, installation, access to, or use of the AuraMuse app and related services. Please read these Terms carefully before using AuraMuse or before subscribing to, purchasing, or using any paid services. By starting or continuing to use AuraMuse, or by purchasing, activating, renewing, or restoring any related service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Matters not expressly covered by these Terms will be governed by the in-app descriptions, Apple App Store rules, and applicable laws and regulations. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory legal requirements, the mandatory legal requirements will prevail. These Terms do not affect any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
AuraMuse is an app centered around white noise, music, affirmations, and related companion experiences. It provides features such as audio playback, content selection, playback settings, background display, custom imports, and related in-app experiences.
In the current version, the membership service is mainly intended to provide you with a more complete content and feature experience, including but not limited to:

In the current version of AuraMuse, the membership service is provided through in-app subscriptions offered by Apple App Store. You may choose a subscription plan shown in the app, such as a monthly membership, annual membership, or other lawful subscription plans that may be made available later.
The subscription price, billing cycle, promotional information, display order, and effective method are subject to the purchase page and the actual information displayed by the App Store.
Membership benefits are limited to member-only content and features expressly identified within AuraMuse. They do not grant you any copyright, ownership, or right to sublicense the relevant content to any third party.
Membership benefits are provided only for your personal, non-commercial, non-transferable use on lawful devices and within AuraMuse. Without our written permission, you may not:
If you use the custom audio or custom background features, you are responsible for ensuring that any audio, image, or video you import comes from a lawful source and that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use it.
You may not import, use, or display any content that infringes the lawful rights of others, violates applicable laws or regulations, breaches public order or good morals, or violates platform rules. In principle, you are responsible for any rights disputes, complaints, or legal liabilities arising from your import, use, or management of local content.
AuraMuse currently does not upload your imported custom audio, images, or videos to our own servers. Such content is mainly used for playback, display, and local management on your own device.
Some member audio resources may support preparation, caching, or offline use within the app. Such caches are intended only to improve your playback experience in AuraMuse, and do not constitute a transfer, delivery, or permanent license of the relevant audio files.

When using AuraMuse, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations, platform rules, and these Terms. You may not:
If you violate these Terms or applicable laws and regulations, we may, within a reasonable scope, restrict, suspend, or terminate the relevant services provided to you, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liability where appropriate.
After you confirm a purchase, the fee will be charged to your Apple ID or Apple account, and Apple will complete the payment process in accordance with its payment rules.
The AuraMuse membership subscription is an auto-renewing service. Within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, Apple will attempt to charge your Apple ID or Apple account. If the charge is successful, the subscription will automatically renew for the next subscription period.
If you wish to cancel auto-renewal, you must manually turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription status in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
If renewal fails due to insufficient balance, payment restrictions, or reasons related to the Apple platform, the membership service may be suspended or downgraded after the current subscription period ends. The actual benefits available will be subject to the status shown by Apple and within the app.
If free trials, promotional offers, or price changes are displayed in the app or on the App Store page, the applicable conditions, effective method, cancellation rules, and final price are subject to the actual information displayed by the App Store and Apple’s rules.
If you have previously purchased a valid membership service using the same Apple ID, you may use the in-app Restore Purchases feature to synchronize your membership status again.
The result of purchase restoration depends on the valid transaction records and current subscription status returned by Apple. If no valid membership record is found, membership benefits may not be restored.
In-app subscriptions for AuraMuse are processed through the payment and order system provided by Apple App Store. Issues related to charges, refunds, transaction reversals, billing disputes, and similar matters are generally handled in accordance with Apple App Store rules and decisions.
If you need to request a refund, we recommend that you submit the request through Apple’s official channels first.
For product operation, feature optimization, content adjustments, compliance requirements, or technical maintenance, we may update, adjust, interrupt, or partially discontinue AuraMuse services or membership services within a reasonable scope, including but not limited to:
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the continuity and stability of the services. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by network conditions, device status, Apple platform service issues, system version differences, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
AuraMuse itself, including its interface, text, images, audio, design elements, code, structure, and related content, is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to us or the relevant rights holders.
Unless otherwise provided by applicable law or expressly agreed by both parties, you may not use, copy, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the above content without authorization.
The local content you import through the custom audio or custom background features remains owned by you or the relevant rights holders. Your use of such content does not mean that AuraMuse obtains ownership of it, nor does it mean that we make any guarantee regarding the legality, accuracy, or suitability of such content.
The white noise, music, affirmations, and related content provided by AuraMuse are mainly intended for relaxation, companionship, atmosphere building, and general content experiences. They do not constitute medical advice, psychological treatment advice, or any other professional advice.
If you have special medical, psychological, or health conditions, please use AuraMuse with caution based on your own circumstances, and seek help from qualified professionals when necessary.
You understand and agree that the effect of using AuraMuse may vary depending on personal condition, device environment, network conditions, system version, audio playback equipment, and other factors. Unless otherwise required by mandatory laws or regulations, we do not make any promise regarding the app or related content beyond the scope of its functional descriptions.
Minors should use AuraMuse and related paid services only with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians should properly manage the device, Apple ID, and payment account information, and provide necessary supervision over minors’ subscriptions, purchases, and use of the app.
We may revise these Terms from time to time due to product development, business adjustments, changes in laws or regulations, or changes in platform rules. The updated Terms will be displayed through the app, agreement page, or other reasonable methods.
The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication or the effective date stated in the updated version. If you continue to use AuraMuse or related services after the Terms are updated, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
The handling of personal information, permission descriptions, and privacy protection matters involved in your use of AuraMuse are governed by the Privacy Policy.
